UNO Star digitally connects UNO Minda's Retailers, Mechanics, and Consumers on a single, unified platform.
Customers can register via the app or with the help of UNO Minda representatives. Registration is subject to approval by the UNO Minda team per the Terms & Conditions, and the enrollment process is completed only after approval.
The app is available to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda Customers—Mechanics, Retailers, and End Consumers—who can access benefits tailored to their specific customer category.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons,' view the E-Catalogue, register Mechanics, redeem Mechanic points on behalf of their mechanics, and place orders using the 'UNO Star' app.
Mechanics:
It provides loyalty benefits to mechanics, who can redeem coupon points by purchasing selected UNO Minda products bearing the UNO Star coupon. They can also view the E-Catalogue.
Consumers:
Consumers can browse the E-Catalogue through the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
